BBH London takes over as Ladbrokes Coral creative agency

GVC Holdings has confirmed that BHH London will become the lead marketing agency for the Ladbrokes Coral advertising account.

GVC Holdings has confirmed that BHH London will become the lead marketing agency for the Ladbrokes Coral advertising account.

This September, GVC governance announced that they would be having an agency pitch, this would consolidate the multi-million pound creative accounts for Ladbrokes and Coral, the FTSE gambling group’s main competitor for UK betting brands. 

BBH London specialises in being able to deliver and develop strategies for large scale enterprises and thus have been given the objective of developing a three-year creative framework as well as disruptive campaigns in order to illustrate two brand positionings across Ladbrokes and Coral.

Whilst updating stakeholders, Dominic Grounsell, the Managing Director of GVC UK Sports Brands, stated that: “We are delighted to be working with an agency of BBH’s quality and pedigree. We look forward to partnering with them on the next phase of our creative journey”

This announcement allows BBH to enhance its current arrangement with GVC, as the marketing agency will now serve as a creative lead for GVC’s popular European sportsbook, Bwin. 

In the past, BBH London has worked with large bookmakers such as Ladbrokes, which allowed the UK based bookmaker to launch its nationwide ‘Ladbrokes Life’ campaign, which was designed for the 2014 Brazil FIFA World Cup. 

The Managing Director of BBH London, Karen Martin has made a statement in which she said that  “This is a brilliant win for BBH.”, she continued to express that “The team at Ladbrokes Coral have real creative ambition and we’re looking forward to bringing that to life. We can’t wait to get started.”
