I have been trying to withdraw my money for a couple of days now. I am all verified and my withdrawal(s) should be accepted. However, they are doing everything they can to keep my money in their website by asking for information that really isn't needed and then taking ages to reply.
I would love for somebody on here to get in contact and either speed this process up or just let me withdraw my money.
Absolutely trash gambling site how you can see there is plenty issues reports with withdrawals they don't allow people get they money. Aswell from my experience the deposits are dissapearing somwhere they take your money from bank and sending in other locations to other banks and saying well you please check where you send money. Don't gamble here you gonna lose your money
This casino has stolen from me in the amount of at least €230 that I am aware of leaving me with no money and £108 overdrawn. I made 1 deposit of €10 on 05/04/2022 using my bank card but my bank statement shows 13 transactions taken on 05/04/2022, 11 transactions taken on 06/04/2022 and 1 transaction taken on 07/04/2022. I know that it was Mystake who took the money as all transactions were paid to Giftmycards and Kiwipay digital as deposits I have made myself have been taken under these same names. I now have to go through my entire Mystake transaction history and bank statements since joining Mystake and I have no doubt that I will find many more unauthorized payments taken by these criminals. I also believe that they are tampering with games as I have made 80 deposits to this casino and I have never won a single penny 🤔
I contacted Mystake about the unauthorized transactions and they asked to see a copy of my bank statement. I sent them a screenshot of my Mystake transaction history along with my bank statement and since then I have heard nothing from them and when I try to reply to their previous emails it appears that they have blocked them as I am unable to reply. I have composed several new emails and sent them with bank statement and they have not replied to a single one.
For the record I totally agree with all of the reviewers that have said that the good reviews are fake 💯 but I disagree that Trust Pilot is to blame. Unless they ask all reviewers to take a lie detector test before posting reviews then there is not a lot else they can do, it's just sad that there are so many fakes and liars out there.
I have now filed a complaint to Curacao Egaming in the hope that when these criminals license runs out on 30/04/2022 it will not be renewed.
I know that Mystake respond to trust pilot reviews rather quickly so I can't wait to see what response they give to this review.
I’m really struggling to use this sports reload bonus up to 35%
It says I need to
1. wager 7 times the deposit and bonus amount. (My deposit was €75 and the bonus is €26.25)
2. On accumulators with a minimum of two items
3. Each item has to have a min of 1.4 odds
I have tried and tried to place this but it doesn’t work. I have contacted customer support and they told me to email. I have but I am still getting told to just look at the rules
I cannot make a withdrawal now either. I’m at my wits end as what to do as there is a 30 day deadline and winnings are being threatened to be taken away

I wrote previously that Mystake blocked my account on March 31st and told that they investigating it. This week I wrote an e-mail to their support to check current status. And they responded that investigation would last up to six months! Incredible. I would welcome a possibility to withdraw my money from account and then to have blocked account again if they would agree that option but obviously their main goal not to give money I won. Disaster.
