SportPesa Withdrawal Review

SportPesa is an online betting site that has been rated as a very good betting site that is completely safe for you to play and enjoy. During our review, we considered players’ complaints, reputation signals from other review sites and social media, estimated revenue, licenses, the provision of responsible gambling tools, quality of customer support, fairness of terms and conditions, withdrawal limits, withdrawal times, payment methods, as well as many other factors. So, if you were wondering if this bookie is safe or a scam? Read the full review below to learn more.

According to our statistical data, we found SportPesa has an above-average revenue size. Our analytics is refined by our exclusive formula based on traffic, country, age, gender, and many other aspects to give this conclusion for its estimated revenue. We think bigger revenue betting sites generally will have enough financial capacity to pay for the big wins of the players while smaller revenue betting sites may face difficulty in paying gamblers when they achieve huge wins.

Avoid them scammers. I hit a few winners from ACCA free bets and they closed my account and didn’t want to pay me my winnings accusing me of breaching the terms. I had to go through ACCAS and luckily I’ve received my money back. It’s an absolute joke of a betting site.

AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! Do not use Sportpesa!!! I was a member for over a year, when I finally took up one of their offers that they had been sending to me all year, they refused to pay out. They said I have breached 5 terms, I have broken none. They have stolen 1K from me. DO NOT USE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!

had my account three years, no problems with deposits or withdrawals. customer service was good when needed Lost a bit more than I won betting small stakes Then last week I couldn't log into my account. after couple of days I got this reply "I regret to inform you that we have decided to close your account. As part of our sign-up and log in process Risk Management checks are carried out against our customers device numbers. The device you used to interact with our website triggered an alert, and upon review it has been deemed the nature of that alert exceeds what is deemed to be an acceptable risk. As such, the management team have decided not to continue the business relationship. Any funds held on deposit will be remitted to your account. Please note, any future accounts registered within TGP Europe will be subject to the voiding of all winnings." Ive got account with another sportsbook under TGP like but there was no rules against it. This account ive hadlong before my pesa would give pesa a higher rating if not for this crap. these jokers should not have a license. can understand restrictions on players who win big frequently but no execuse for banning people who only make small stakes and lose less than they win

If it were possible to put -100 stars that is what I would put. I withdrew £30 8 days ago (6 working days). They locked my account claiming it was about gambling level (funnily enough I’d just won a couple of bets for the first time) and since then I have attempted to contact support 6 times, with no response. I had to email the escalations team who confirmed the withdrawal was processed but it still isn’t here. It’s ridiculous that betting companies can just hold onto your money until they see fit. Never choose this company they will try and mess you around.

Only problems I have with this site is the 3 day wait for a withdrawal and that they no longer have a licence to accept UK horse racing bets (which isn't a good sign). Use with caution.

Suspended my partner's account without any reason, seems a similar story to lots of others on here. Atrocious bookie. How they can decide to withhold money that doesn't even belong to them is beyond me. We are currently chasing it up with IBAS as it was £60 and I would still chase it up if it were pennies. Absolute scumbag thieves.

As by the other comments, stay away. I've signed up with them, lost some money, had £7 in the account and they just closed my account. No email or anything, just when I tried to sign in, after a month or so of not logging in they said my account was restricted. They want players who are only playing £100 a day and preferably losing that to them. Unreal.

No way of getting in touch with them. Only thru email. They took a large amount of money for a bet off me...when it'won I get a message...suspended account. So I can't get in to withdraw my winnings and they won't reply to emails.so I'm down by hundreds

Similarly to all of the other reviews on here, I had a terrible experience with Sportpesa. I registered and deposited £100, and was part way through wagering through a promo they had at the time (wager £100 get 50 free spins). Middle of the way through, they closed my account, stating that I had used multiple devices - which I definitely hadn't. They have said they will pay me back my balance but based on comments here I'm not confident about that. I will complain to IBAS (Independent Betting Adjudication Service) if I don't get my money, and would recommend anyone else having issues does too. This is the only way gambling sites will listen.

Same as all the other reviews still not received money that I'm owed,I logged in 7 days after not receiving money, it still says pending, tried to get hold of them many times to no avail so I've contacted IBAS and the gambling commission. These crooks need their licence taking off them asap, hope everyone gets they're money
